“I consider myself very lucky to have worked for EHAAT” – Dr Ben Clarke’s story

I consider myself very lucky to have worked for EHAAT over the last 9 and a half years. For me, it’s been a journey of clinical development and I’ve learned a huge amount from my mentors and colleagues, but it’s also been a journey for the service over this time, becoming the incredibly professional organisation that it is.

I consider myself to be privileged as well, I have worked with some incredible charity staff wonderful pilots, dedicated and highly professional pre-hospital care doctors and critical care paramedics.

My medical colleagues are at the pinnacle of their clinical practice, so for me, it is a privilege, I’m incredibly sad to be leaving but I am also very very proud of what we have achieved as a team and I look forward to watching the success they have in the future.
