24th October to June 2021.
The health and wellbeing of our guests and our team are our top priority.
We apologise for any disappointment, however, we are excited to be back in 2021!
We are sad that we have had to postpone, however, we are already looking forward to June next year to enjoy some spectacular dancing, fun, and sparkles all in a brand-new venue. Your tickets will be valid for the new date. For more information on tickets or refunds, please read our FAQs below.
Why has it been postponed ?
With the ongoing government restrictions in place for large events and social distancing measures due to COVID-19, we have taken the decision to postpone our Strictly Air Ambulance event from 24th October to June 2021.
When is the new date?
We are currently speaking with key stakeholders to secure a new date. We will do this as soon as possible. Once a new date is confirmed we will update our website and send an email to all ticket holders detailing the new date.
Will it be at the same venue?
Yes, it will be at Five Lakes Resort, Maldon.
Will my ticket still be valid?
If you bought a ticket for this event it will be automatically transferred over to the new date. You do not need to take any action.
I can’t make the new date, can the cost of my ticket(s) be regarded as a donation to EHAAT?

I’d prefer not to donate the cost of my ticket(s), can I get a refund?
Yes, if you would like to arrange a full refund please contact the events team on 0345 504 0055 or email [email protected]
How will this be paid to me?
If you paid online it will be paid directly to the card you used. If you paid by bank transfer or cheque you will be refunded by bank transfer. If you paid by cheque and you require a cheque, please let us know.
How long will it take to get a refund?
This should take no longer than fourteen days.
I’ve bought a hotel package, what should I do?
Your package will be transferred across to June 2021, but if you require a refund please contact the events team on 0345 504 0055 or email [email protected]
I have booked a room separately with the hotel rather than as part of a package. What do I need to do?
You will need to contact the hotel separately and alter your booking.
