COVID-19 – Important update
As of 12/04/2021…
In line with the most recent COVID-19 roadmap from the Government and easing of restrictions, from 12/04/2021, we will be taking the following measures to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, supporters and members of the public.
Fully operational, but will remain closed to all non-essential personnel.
Our charity offices will remain closed. Staff will continue to work from home until Government guidance allows staff to return.
As of 29th March 2021, we were delighted to initiate the first stage of our retail reopening plan in line with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. This included the reopening of our Stevenage Warehouse and Eastwood Shop (click & collect service only).
Following this, from the 12th April onwards the second stage of our retail reopening plan commenced. Our charity shops returned to normal opening hours and accepting donations every day.
For a full reopening list, please visit our retail shops page here.
We will continue to list items for sale on our eBay site here.
If you are considering donating to us, please check the list of items we are unable to accept.
Flight for Life Lottery:
We were delighted to welcome back our canvassers from 12th April 2021. They will be out and about in Essex and Hertfordshire at venues and on a door-to-door basis. Please come and say ‘Hi’ when you see them, as they would love to chat to you about EHAAT and the Flight for Life Lottery. They will be following strict social distancing guidelines and will be wearing PPE at all times.
You can still also join our lottery via our sign up page on our website: ehaat.org/lottery
We thank you for your ongoing support and we are looking forward to welcoming back our supporters to our shops and meeting them via our canvassers over the coming weeks and months.
Your continued support allows us to be there for those who need us most.
