100 Miles in May

Can you Walk 100 miles this May?

Now the longer days are here, why not get out your walking shoes and make the most of them by walking 100 miles between 1st and 31st of May 2021.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to do it all in one go! 100 miles works out at just 3 miles a day across the month. Alternatively, you might like to take a day or two off each week and enjoy a longer walk at the weekend.

However you choose to take part, we hope you’ll enjoy keeping fit and healthy while raising funds for your local life-saving charity.

Everybody who registers will receive a free t-shirt and mile tracker form to record their progress. Those who raise over £150 will also receive a medal to mark their achievement.

It costs £9 million every year to run our service, and with limited funding from the government we rely on the generosity and support of the local community to remain operational and saving lives. Every step you take and pound you raise through this challenge will help us to continue to bring the hospital to the patient.
